Liberty Ross files for divorce from Rupert Sanders

It’s officially over for Liberty Ross and director Rupert Sanders.

Although TheCelebrityCafe.com previously reported on a possible reconciliation between Liberty Ross, 34, and her cheating husband, 41, the two will now be getting divorced.

The problems between the two began months ago as reports flooded in that Twilight's Kristen Stewart had an affair with Sanders after the two met on the set of Snow White and the Huntsman. Although Ross and Sanders attempted to reunite many times throughout therapy, apparently the damage had already been done.

According to TMZ, Ross filed her paperwork with the L.A Supreme Court and will be asking for joint custody of their two children. Additionally, she is requesting spousal support and attorney fees.

Sanders has also filed for divorce. TMZ reports that he is also asking for joint custody but has not requested spousal support.

Unlike Ross and Sanders, Kristen Stewart was able to patch things up with boyfriend Robert Pattinson, reports People. Stewart and Pattinson met on the set of Twilight.
