Lindsay Lohan fires lawyer Shawn Holley and now wants her back

Lindsay Lohan fired her lawyer Shawn Holley and hired Mark Heller in replacement to fight her upcoming battles in court. She is currently being charged with lying to police.

TMZ reported Monday afternoon that the firing of Holley comes as a surprise since she has been able to keep Lohan out of jail despite her numerous run-ins with the law. According to the report, Holley was only informed of her firing through a letter Heller wrote to her.

Additional reports suggest Lohan had no idea that Holley was being let go. However, the letter terminating Holley was actually signed by the Mean Girls actress, proving her involvement.

Lohan is now telling her friends that she wants Holley back. TMZ notes that the 26-year-old plans to send an additional letter asking for back.

LiLo is expected back in court to determine if she violated her probation when she allegedly lied to police following her June car accident in California.
