Max George tweets that he is not dating Lindsay Lohan

Rumors have been swirling for months about Lindsay Lohan and “The Wanted” singer, Max George.

All signs originally pointed to yes back in December when the two were seen getting close in NYC and then Lohan flew to London to be with George.

Yesterday, according to NY Daily News, Lohan instagrammed a picture of her and Max George leading the public to believe that the two were back together.

There was no official word but a picture says a 1,000 words.

Max George has another idea, though. He took to twitter to shoot down rumors that him and the resident bad girl were an item, reports E! News.

Fans were questioning the “Glad You Came” singer on his relationship. A fan asked him if he had gone from his ex to Lindsay Lohan and he responded with a defiant, “noooooo.”

More fans jumped on the bandwagon tweeting, “If you date Lindsay, I will die :(.”

Once again, George shot it down by responding “I”m not so you’re fine.”
