Miley Cyrus celebrates Liam Hemsworth's birthday in Costa Rica

Miley Cyrus celebrated with her fiancé Liam Hemsworth in Costa Rica this past week for his his 23rd birthday.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth took a break from their busy schedules and cold temperatures to warm up in Costa Rica. According to People Magazine, the couple was spotted on Thursday January 17 walking along the shore and then cuddling up on the beach to watch the sunset. Cyrus dressed modestly, opting for a black tank top and shorts.

The pair travelled to Costa Rica on Friday January 11 to celebrate Hemsworth’s 23rd birthday (January 13). They were accompanied by family members including his older brother and his wife, Luke and Samantha, and their three children.

Twitter fan sites shared a photo of Cyrus and Hemsworth hiking up to a river where they later swam.

Before the vacation, Cyrus was busy recording a new album in the studio while Hemsworth was filming Paranoia and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.
