Miley Cyrus, fiance' of Liam Hemsworth, has just signed a new deal with RCA Records. After years of having a contract with Hollywood Records, owned by Disney, Cyrus is ready to expand and experiment with her sound.

Cyrus shared with Cosmopolitan, saying that she is most excited about this album since she is finally out of her teenage spotlight.

The star mentions how she had to juggle her personal work and that of Hannah Montana saying, “I've never gotten to make a record like this because Disney's always been on my back...I was basically carrying two people's careers and trying to make mine the priority. Now, it's almost like being a new artist and trying to make a first impression.”

According to Perez Hilton Cyrus' new album will have plenty of collaborators, including Pharell Williams and Mary J. Blige.

The The Last Song star shares, “I wrote this song with Mary J. Blige, and Tyler the Creator heard it and said, ‘I am obsessed with this song, and I will guest on it if you promise me that you will keep it on the album.'”

The star recently graced the cover of Cosmopolitan, and while she referred to Liam Hemsworth as her 'hubby,' Cyrus and Hemsworth are still happily engaged.
