Russian-born Oksana Grigorieva had decided that she was going to sue her own lawyers for making her sign a horrible custody agreement.
In the lawsuit she made (herself, without any lawyers' help), she claims both of the lawyers advised her to sign the agreement.
According to TMZ, the singer-songwriter said in her lawsuit, that her lawyers, Ron Litz and Daniel Horowitz, made her signed a custody agreement that forbid her to pursue further legal actions against Mel Gibson, without endangering the monetary settlement she made with him.
Her lawsuit also said that she was deprived of any ownership rights of the house.
She admitted that she would not ever sign those documents without the advice of her lawyers.
The actor had agreed previously to pay her $750,000 in cash, and provided her with a house for her to live with their daughter Lucia until she turns 18.
As a return, she wrote her unspecified demands in the lawsuit.
TMZ spoke to Horowitz, one of her lawyers, and he said, "Why can't she just live her life normally and have a good life, raise the kid, live in the house, make music, be happy?"
The 42-year-old singer began dating the actor three years ago, when Gibson was still married to his former wife, Robyn, The Daily Mail reported.
While filing for divorce, Grigorieva was pregnant with their daughter Lucia.
