The controversial Oxygen reality show All My Babies’ Mamas is reportedly getting cut from the network.
The show, which features rapper Shawty Lo and his 10 kids’ mothers and their 11 children, garnered a Change.org petition to be filed against it with more than 40,000 signatures, has drew controversy since it was announced in December.
The Parents Television Council also said of the show “Hollywood doesn’t think there is such a thing as ‘too low,’ so it will continue to find even more base material.”
But despite all the recent reports that the show has been canceled, a rep for Oxygen told AllHipHop.com “This rumor is simply untrue. The project remains in early development.”
Shawty Lo himself has commented on all the backlash, telling MTV News, “You can hate all you want to, I didn't ask for it. It just happened. Now that it happened, I'm supposed to turn my back against it? If I wasn't taking care of my kids then you would really dog me out, but I'm taking care of my kids, providing for my family. I don't know what else to say.”
