The network started the night with I Get That A Lot, which drew 7.75 million viewers and a 2.0 18-49 rating. The People’s Choice Awards was up slightly from last year, pulling in 9.6 million viewers and a 2.6 18-49 rating, notes The Wrap.

NBC had an overall down night with 6.79 million viewers and a 1.9 18-49 rating. Whitney had 4.2 million viewers and a 1.4 18-49 rating, while Guys with Kids had just under 4 million and a 1.3 key demo rating. Law & Order: SVU had 8.33 million viewers and a 2.1 18-49 rating.
