Shakira and Gerard Pique's son Milan shows of new shoes

Shakira’s two day old son’s kicks “don’t lie.” The newborn son of the Colombian beauty and boyfriend Gerard Pique snapped a picture of their two-day old son, showing just his adorable shoes which have his name on them.

According to People, the proud new father shared the photo of Milan’s Nike’s on his WhoSay with the caption, “Milan’s feet!”

The two welcomed Milan on Tuesday, Jan. 22. An announcement was posted on the “Hips Don’t Lie” singers website which reads, “We are happy to announce the birth of Milan Piqué Mebarak, son of Shakira Mebarak and Gerard Piqué, born January 22nd at 9:36pm, in Barcelona, Spain. The name Milan (pronounced MEE-lahn), means dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman, eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification.”

Fans are yet to see a full picture of baby Milan, who appears to be endorsing Nike just like his daddy.

Shakira and Gerard previously announced their desire for fans to donate to their virtual baby shower rather than buying them gifts. The two are throwing a virtual baby shower with all gifts and proceeds benefiting UNICEF.
