'Teen Mom 2' Jenelle Evans filed assault charges against husband

After nearly two months of marriage, Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans pressed assault charges against his husband Courtland Rogers, and she's most likely to divorce him.

According to E! News, Evans' attorney Dustin Sullivan confirmed the news, "She has taken charges out on Courtland Rogers, her husband. The charges are assault on a female with an unborn child. She made the charges today."

She filed four counts of assault charges on a pregnant woman in Brunswick County, North Carolina courthouse on January 23.

Sullivan said the charges were misdemeanors.

"They are the highest level of misdemeanor you can get," Sullivan said. "He faces a maximum 150 days in jail per charge."

There was no details on the assault, but the most recent one fell on January 21.

"She was physically assaulted over a period of time," adding, "She will be a victim in the case and will be represented by the State of North Carolina."

Sullivan could confirm Evans' pregnancy but not the miscarriage that she had been talking about on Twitter.

According to Too Fab, Evans tweeted, "YOU F****** LEAVE OUT OF TOWN AND I MIGHT BE HAVING A MISCARRIGE?! F*** U, U F****** PIECE PF S***."

She also posted, "I am getting a divorce, ASAP," after getting out of the hospital for mysterious injuries.
