Actor and writer Tyler Perry, who starred in Madea's Witness Protection, is selling his Hollywood Hills West mansion for $11.25 million.
The 9,725 square-foot house is contemporary-styled house built on a more than a third of an acre site, Los Angeles Times confirmed.
It features four bedrooms, six bathrooms, with expansive city lights and mountain view.
That is not it, though.
While he was still listed as the owner of the property, he never had to sign up for a gym membership because the house has a built-in sauna and personal gym.
Should the temperature drop, he had four fireplaces he could choose to warm himself up.
Now that he had put it for sale, the new owner could enjoy the built-in nightclub/lounge, with a mirrored disco ball, and a billiard room whose window faces the water of the swimming pool.
Perry bought the mansion back in 2006 for $9.6 million, which means he earns $1.65 million out of the property, E! News reported.
Tyler Perry is a 43-year-old actor, producer, and writer, who is best known in the movie Madea's Witness Protection, and Diary of a Mad Black Woman.
He created the TV series House of Payne and has worked in nearly every aspect of the entertainment industry.
