13 days mark the countdown for Demi Lovato's newest album

With only 13 days until Demi Lovato’s album Heart Attack is released, fans wait in anticipation not only to hear the music, but for the stories behind the 20-year-old’s lyrics.

According to Hollywood Life, Lovato told MTV that the first single, “Heart Attack,” is about “falling in love and like taking that risk, but she’s terrified. And she, I mean me…”

While it has been difficult to keep track of Lovato’s on-and-off relationship with flame Wilmer Valderrama, 33, we have to wonder if her newest single was inspired by the actor himself.

Nearly a week ago, the two were spotted spending a romantic Valentine’s dinner together at Takami Sushi & Robata Restaurant in downtown L.A.

"They ordered almost everything on the menu, but they didn't touch it for at least an hour. They stared into each other's eyes the whole time," a source revealed to Yahoo omg!

If we know anything for sure as we wait for the release of Heart Attack, it’s that the flame between the two stars is definitely not going out anytime soon.
