Duff Goldman of Ace of Cakes reached out to a lesbian couple after they were denied a wedding cake for their special day.
E! News reports that Goldman read about the denial of the wedding cake after Huffington Post posted an article about Oregon cake shop owner Aaron Klein insisting it was against religious beliefs to sale a cake to a lesbian couple.
Good-hearted Goldman reached out to HuffPo via Twitter writing, “Hey, @HuffPostFood, can you get the couples's contact info? Offer is on the table. Cake is on me, and I'll deliver it. @Charm_CityCakes.”

"I saw this story and I was like, "Wait--I can do something, there's injustice involving a cake!," Goldman explained to Huffington Post Live. Klein, on the other hand, maintains that he has made his decision to not be a part of their wedding by denying them the cake.
Goldman notes of Klein’s actions, "For a cake decorator to really feel like he really needed to take a stand…it just makes absolutely no sense. It's petty, it's small."
