Amanda Bynes bashes eviction rumors

Actress Amanda Bynes is bashing rumors that she was almost evicted from her apartment due to complaints of marijuana smoke.

According to TMZ, the 26-year-old actress’ landlord threatened to evict her after calling her a “disrespectful rule-breaker.”

The building management made the decision after receiving several complaints of marijuana smoke coming from Bynes’s apartment “morning, noon and night.”

According to TMZ, Bynes beat her landlord to the punch and left her apartment before getting evicted. She is currently staying in a Manhattan hotel room and sources told Us Magazine that her parents are currently staying in another hotel room close to Bynes and they are “afraid for her.”

Despite these claims, Bynes attempted to put the rumors to bed and argued that none of the allegations are true. She has also threatened to sue if TMZ does not retract the story.

“I’m not moving. I don’t have a landlord! I don’t rent! I own a condo in NY,” Bynes said in a text to Celebuzz.
