Amanda Bynes moves out of apartment

Amanda Bynes is packing up and moving out of her New York City apartment.

TMZ is reporting that her landlord threatened her for eviction. Bynes is leaving on her own free will without trying to challenge management.

In a letter given to Bynes, management said that her lease was terminated for being a building nuisance. The landlord claims that she is disrespectful and a rule breaker. Marijuana smoke was reported multiple times coming from her apartment. The building is also a non-smoking building.

Bynes has been in a bit of a rough patch recently. According to Mail Online, the actress moved to New York after a list of misdemeanor charges were given.

Last year, Bynes was pulled over multiple times for either driving with a suspended license or driving under the influence.

The former Nickelodeon star and Easy A actress’ misdemeanors all took place in California. She still has two court hearings for driving with a suspended license which are set to take place Feb. 26.

There is no word from Bynes at this time.
