After being busted for driving under the influence for a third time, Bobby Brown faces 55 days in jail.
The New Edition band member was arrested in Tarzana, CA after leaving a karaoke bar. Sources at the bar told officials that they did not see the singer drinking at the time.
The newly married musician is asked to turn himself into jail by March 20, TMZ notes. Prior to that he must attend several AA classes a week. In addition to his time in jail, he will also be on probation for four years as well as an 18 month alcohol program.
Brown was previously arrested in March 2012.
At the time, he was pulled over after police saw him talking on his cell phone and driving erratically. Once pulled over, he failed a field sobriety test blowing more than a .08. His license was then suspended, following the failed sobriety test.
