The former costars will share laughs once again as Cox is slated to appear on Perry's new comedy

While it's most definitely not the full fledged reunion Friends fans are always hoping for, Courteney Cox is set to appear on former costar Matthew Perry's comedy, Go On.

The Hollywood Reporter shares that character Anne (Julie White), will try to set up Cox's character with Perry's Ryan.

E! News reports that this will be the first time the pair will be on screen together since the 2004 Friends finale.

Cox is currently working on the fourth season of her comedy Cougar Town. Besides his new NBC hit, Perry recently tweeted that he will soon be filming a few episodes of The Good Wife.

Perry shared his thoughts on why his newest comedy has had success saying, "I think if you look back at all those great comedies on television in the past, it's all lovable losers that gathered together. They're all sort of this group of bent losers who find a family together. And [Go On] would be sort of the pinnacle example of that."

Perry and Cox worked together on Friends from 1994-2004. The two portrayed married couple Chandler Bing and Monica Geller.

Cox's episode of Go On is set to air sometime in April on NBC.
