Dina and Lindsay Lohan to lose New York home, reports state

Has Lindsay Lohan brought her financial trouble home to Long Island? Reports are surfacing that LiLo’s mother Dina is facing foreclose on her home, just days after the troubled starlet reportedly moved home.

According to Extra, news that Dina’s New York home is facing foreclosure was first reported by the New York Post.

The Post reports that documents, which name both Lindsay and Dina, were served Thursday. The deliveryman confirmed the documents to The Post with Chase Bank named as the reason behind the serving.

The amount owed to the bank is unclear, but reports suggest it is around $1 million. Also, Dina’s previous battle with the mortgage was a situation brought up during their October blowout when her father leaked audio to TMZ which revealed Lindsay screaming that she lent her mother $40,000 so her mother could save her home.

Additionally, reports surfaced earlier stating the Liz and Dick actress moved back into her teenage bedroom in order to help clear out her own financial woes. However, Dina clarifies to Extra that every now and again Lindsay stays at the house, but she does have an apartment in SoHo.

“No, that's not true … well, yeah she lives at home with me, but she also has an apartment in the city,” Dina clarifies.

According to Extra, this won’t be the first time Dina has nearly lost her home.
