The New York Post reports that the papers were inside of an envelope posted on their gate in Merrick, Long Island, that read “Important Information Enclosed.” The deliveryman confirmed the paperwork was a result of a mortgage issue from Chase Bank.
Dina fell behind on the mortgage payments a while back, which led to her asking her daughter for help.

In October, the famous mother and daughter got into an explosive fight that was widely reported on, in which Lindsay was heard calling her father and complaining about the money she was owed.
“I was like, ‘Give me my money back! Give me my 40 grand back that I just gave you!’” the actress is hear saying on the phone call. “You gave Mom $40,000?” he asked her, to which she replied, “Because she needs to keep her house.”
