Eva Longoria's ex-husband Tony Parker updating his $20 million lawsuit with latest Chris Brown fight

NBA star Tony Parker, the ex-husband of Eva Longoria, is using Chris Brown’s most recent brawl with Frank Ocean has evidence to support his own legal case.

Parker has sued W.i.P. nightclub in New York City, claiming that they shouldn’t have allowed Brown into their club last June when his group fought Drake’s. As a result of the bottle-throwing fight, Parker got a piece of glass stuck in his cornea.

TMZ reports that Parker is updating his lawsuit and using Brown’s fight with Ocean in the $20 million case against the nightclub, claiming it’s just proof that the “Wake Me Up” singer’s behavior is
unpredictable.

He cited more of Brown’s previous offenses in the suit in order to help is case, such as Brown’s 2009 assault against Rihanna, Cinema Blend reports.

Rihanna, who is now back on with Brown, is ironically the person that Brown and Drake were said to be fighting over last June.
