A masseuse sues the former CEO of fashion line Ed Hardy Hubert Guez for alleged sexual abuse.

According to a court document obtained by TMZ, Magdelda was called to Guez's Malibu mansion to perform a regular massage in May 2012.

In Magdelda's suit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court by attorney Keith Davidson, the masseuse claimed Guez pulled her into his exposed groin area. She also claimed the businessman grabbed her buttocks and breasts, and reportedly forced her to have sexual intercourse with his wife, Roxanne, while he was watching.

Magdelda said she suffered serious mental and physical injuries, and she's seeking an undisclosed amount in punitive damages.

Attempts to reach both Guez and Magdelda were unsuccessful.

Hubert Guez, the businessman who owns Ed Hardy, was once known as Michael Jackson's landlord for about six months until his death, Wall Street Journal reported.

The house was located in an affluent L.A. neighborhood Holmby Hills and was sold off at $18.1 million at the end of last year, whereas the buying price was $18.5 million in 2004.
