Faith Hill accessorized braces with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and Tom Ford heels on the red carpet of the Grammys

Country star Faith Hill sported an unlikely accessory at the Grammys on Sunday night: braces.

The 45-year-old wife of Tim McGraw flashed a smile on the red carpet that featured the braces, and they were also noticeable when she presented with her husband on stage.

Taste of Country reports that Hill actually debuted the braces in November at the Country Music Awards. She told country station KNIX at the time, “They are about four months old. I’m getting used to them,” adding, “I forgot to wear my retainer — kids, wear your retainer. I had braces as a kid.”

According to Zap2it, Hill wore a J. Mendel dress and in addition to her braces, Lorraine Schwartz jewels and Tom Ford heels to the 55th Grammy Awards.

Hill is currently performing with her husband, McGraw, in Las Vegas for their Soul2Soul tour. It’s taking place at the Venetian hotel and casino and runs through April 2013.
