Ashton Kutcher turns 35 today!
Born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Christopher Ashton Kutcher's initial media exposure was placing second in an International Modeling and Talent Association competition, losing the first place to Josh Duhamel.
Despite losing, Kutcher signed up to Next modeling agency in New York, and earned a modeling opportunity for Calvin Klein.
After big success with modeling, he moved to L.A. to pursue his acting career.
He went to the first audition for That's 70 Show, and earned a role in the comedy. Kutcher met current girlfriend Mila Kunis on the show.
After the TV series role, he earned leading roles in movies such as, comedy Dude, Where's My Car?, drama The Guardian, and The Butterfly Effect. The Butterfly Effect, a time-traveling flick, was not critically acclaimed, however, was a box office success.
Two years ago, he was announced to be Charlie Sheen's replacement in Two and a Half Men. His role changed to Walden Schmidt in the comedy series - a role that dramatically increased its ratings.
He was once a producer and host of his own reality TV series, Punk'd, a series that involved hidden cameras, actors, and celebrities pranking.
Other than acting, he invested in some social networking sites, even made one of his own. He launched A.plus, a Twitter client, and invested in Skype, FourSquare, Airbnb, Path, and Fab.com.
Kutcher was once married to actress Demi Moore in 2005, and filed for divorce last year.
He is currently dating Black Swan actress Mila Kunis.
