Born in Conyers, GA, Hannah Dakota Fanning grew to be one of the most popular young actresses worldwide.

Despite all these, she got her first acting recognition through the movie I Am Sam, for which she earned a a SAG Award nomination.
Fanning then appeared in other movies, and landed a role in Dreamer: Inspired by a True Story. Her co-star, Kurt Russell, said that she was so great to work with, she was like the reincarnation of Bette Davis.
At the age of 12, Fanning was invited to join Academy of Motion Pictures and Sciences, making her the youngest member of the organization.
Her movie credits included The Secret Life of Bees, Coraline, Push, and the latest Twilight Saga's Eclipse.
Being successful in acting, Fanning tried to model. She appeared as the new face for Marc Jacobs' Oh Lola! perfume campaign. The advertisement, however, was banned in UK, because it was judged as sexualization of a child.
