Pregnant Holly Madison is planning to consume her own placenta after she gives birth.
She writes on her blog, she will consume them because she heard the pills help women to recover from post-pregnancy depression.
"This might sound gross, but I’m totally planning on having my placenta turned into pills I can take after giving birth," she wrote. "I heard it helps women recover faster and I want to recover as quickly as I can! Have any other moms out there done this?"
Due on March 5, Hugh Hefner's former girlfriend is not the first celebrity to consume placenta post childbirth.
January Jones revealed back in March 2012, after she gave birth to her son Xander, she consumed her own placenta, E! News reported.
She said "It's a very civilized thing that can help women with depression or fatigue. I was never depressed or sad or down after the baby was born, so I'd highly suggest it to any pregnant woman."
