Hugh Jackman admits gay rumors 'bug' his wife

Hugh Jackman is arguably one of the most handsome men in Hollywood, and despite being in the business for quite some time- and breaking the hearts of women and men, and even though wife Deborra-Lee has secured Jackman’s heart for the last 17 years, the Wolverine actor states that gay rumors “bug” his wife.

Jackman sat down for an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, where he dished on life in the spotlight and rumors that the Hollywood hottie is gay.

“Just recently, it bugs her,” he explained. “She goes, 'It's big. It's everywhere [on the Internet]! "

The 44-year-old dishes that he is still just as “in love” with his wife as he ever was when he met her on the set of Corelli where they first met. “I had a massive crush on her instantly,” he gushes.

X Men producer Lauren Shuler Donner even came to the defense explaining, "I have seen him with Deborra since the beginning of their trip to Hollywood, and I've been on five movie sets with him and have never seen him stray, have never seen him eye anyone. I met him when he did Oklahoma! [at London's Royal National Theatre in 1999]. He was genuine, hugely talented. He was in love with his wife that day and still is."

Following his stellar performance in Les Miserables, Jackman is currently working on upcoming projects Prisoners, X Men: Days of Future Past and The Greatest Showman on Earth.
