Jennifer Lawrence snapped flipping the bird after winning Oscar

Academy Award winner Jennifer Lawrence was caught with her middle finger in the air Sunday night shortly after accepting the award for Best Actress for her role in Silver Linings Playbook.

Huffington Post reports that the 22-year-old starlet walked back stage after tumbling and accepting her award and was photographed giving "someone" the bird.

It remains unclear who she was aiming the finger at and speculations continue to rise stating that she was aiming it at a photographer, but yet she remained all smiles as she posed with The Artist’s Jean Dujardin.

Lawrence is known for her don’t-hold-back personality and, according to Digital Spy, even admitted, “I'm sorry, I did a shot before I came out."

The Hunger Games actress has found herself the center of controversy before. At the Golden Globe Awards, many thought the award winning actress was slamming iconic actress Meryl Streep when she accepted her award onstage saying, “I beat Meryl,” when she was in fact quoting The First Wives Club.
