Justin Bieber's car pulled over again

Justin Bieber has some more car trouble on his hands.

We reported in November that the Believe singer got pulled over in his Ferrari. It now appears history is repeating itself.

According to Perez Hilton, Justin's car was pulled over around 12:30 this morning.

This is the same car that was involved in a paparazzo death in January. However, the car was not being driven by Justin, but someone else.

The identity of the person driving the car is still unknown. The relationship is speculated to be either a friend or member of Bieber's large entourage.

Police pulled over the car on Sunset Blvd. in Los Angeles. However, a woman was behind the wheel. She was cited for driving without a license.

There is no word from Justin yet on this development.

Bieber released his Believe Acoustic album this week. He has recently been in the middle of a media firestorm surrounding his break-up with singer-actress Selena Gomez.
