Justin Timberlake denies calling Britney Spears ‘bitch’ at pre-Super Bowl show

By Daniel S Levine,

Justin Timberlake performed at the Super Bowl DirecTV party on Saturday night, singing some old songs and some new tracks from The 20/20 Experience, however, what he said while performing one of his signature tunes raised some eyebrows.

Just before he started “Cry Me River,” a HollywoodLife.com reporter claims to have heard Timberlake say, “Sometimes in life, you think you found the one. But then one day you find out, that she is just some bitch!”

However, on Sunday, Timberlake said he would never say anything like that to be disrespectful. He tweeted, “Ok. I see you. Wouldn't disrespect ANYONE personally. Ever.” He told his fans to “relax,” adding, “#ItsBritneyBitch I do love that saying though*with accent*#Respect.”

"Cry Me A River" has been confirmed to be about Timberlake's breakup with Spears.

Timberlake is making his comeback to the music industry, releasing The 20/20 Experience in March. It is his first album since 2006. He will next be performing at the Grammys on Sunday.

The U.K. Sun is also reporting that he will perform at the Brit Awards on Feb. 20. Beyonce is also set to perform.

One of the new songs Timberlake performed Saturday was “Little Pusher Love Girl.”
