At Kanye West’s London concert on Feb. 23, he delivered one of his famous rants to the crowd. This time, his buddy Jay-Z and Justin Timberlake were the targets.
Hollywood Life reports that Kanye started lashing out during a freestyle moment in his song "Clique."
During the performance, Kanye rapped, “I got love for HOV, but I ain’t f**kin’ with that ‘Suit & Tie.’” The diss alludes to Justin Timberlake’s return to the music business and his single with Jay-Z.
TMZ reports that West’s rant also included digs at corporations and even the Grammy's. Before referencing 'Suit & Tie,' Kanye said, "Remind me again why we in this s***. Remind me again why the Grammys can suck my d***."
Although Kanye frequently seems to have controversial rants, this particular insult is surprising because it involves his good friend, Jay-Z. Perhaps Kanye is experiencing some jealousy over Jay-Z and JT’s Legends of the Summer tour.
