Kanye West is stirring controversy following a London freestyle rap which appears to take aim at Jay-Z, his wife Beyonce and Justin Timberlake.
"I got love for Hov, but I ain't f--kin' with that 'Suit & Tie,'" he rapped.
West and Jay-Z previously worked together on several projects, including their album Watch the Throne and West’s production helped on Jay-Z’s hits “H to the Izzo” and “Lucifer.” However, it seems Jay-Z has a new musician to pal around with following the announcement of a Timberlake-Jay-Z tour entitled “Legends of the Summer.”
Additionally, it seems West took aim at Beyonce’s newly penned deal with Pepsi, in addition to public relation firms. “Can I sell your drink for you, please?" West mocked. "So you can help me put on a better show, please, corporations? Can you please support me, please? Me, Kanye West? I swear I’m a nice n---a now. I swear I’ll put the pink Polo back on."
Huffington Post notes that West also resurfaced his infamous MTV Video Music Awards interruption in which he interrupted Taylor Swift while she received her award saying, “Imma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time." During the show West once again mocked, "They forgot about the whole ‘Beyonce thing’ right?...Okay, cool.”
