Singer Katy Perry took a break from her celebrity lifestyle for a night to support her younger brother's new single release.
On Thursday, Katy went over to Bootsy Bellows in West Hollywood, where her brother David Hudson, under the stage name Hudson, performed his new single, "Chained," reports Us Weekly.
The 28-year old sat side-stage in a booth with her family, drinking and having a good time. A source told Us Weekly, "Katy told David she was proud of him. You could tell he was having fun with it and really loves being on stage!"
David tweeted before the show, "It feels like everything in my life has been building up to this day. The journey has begun & YOU are the key to my success. I have no fear."
