Ke$ha documentary series to debut in April on MTV

A release date for the Ke$ha documentary series is set for April 23 at 11 p.m. on MTV.

Ke$ha: My Crazy Beautiful Life follows the 25-year-old singer starting back in 2010. It shows how the pop star navigates both her personal and professional lives, reports The Hollywood Reporter.

“With this documentary series, I’m revealing a more complete picture of what my life is really like," Ke$ha said. "It’s not all glamorous, but it’s all real. I want you to come on a whirlwind journey with an all-access pass to My Crazy Beautiful Life.”

TV Guide reports that the "We R Who We R" star’s bother, Lagan Serbert, shot the reality series. He will also serve as an executive producer of the show along with Jack Rovner, Ken Levitan, Dr. LUKE, Tony DiSanto and Liz Gately.

Ever since her debut single, "TiK ToK" made it to Billboard Top 100 in 2010 Ke$ha has been all over the place. The pop star has had six consecutive top 10 hits, three No. 1 singles, nominated for four VMA awards and six Billboard awards.

Ke$ha released her second album, Warrior, back in November. A preview of the documentary series is below.
