It looks like fans are finally getting their wish! After many pleas made on Facebook, comedian Kevin Hart will officially host the March 2nd show of Saturday Night Live.
The funny man has earned significant praise for his roles in Five year Engagement, Modern Family, Death at a Funeral, and Think Like a Man, for which he received the BET award for best actor according to Hypable . And now Hart will be hitting the small screen once again to host SNL.
Joining him will be musical guests Macklemore and Ryan Lewis. The duo has gained fame through hits “Thrift Shop” and “Same Love,” the latter of which argues in favor of gay rights. Macklermore recently performed both songs on The Ellen Degeneres Show in two separate performance.
The news of Hart’s gig was revealed in an ad during last nights show, which was hosted by Christopher Waltz, reported The Hollywood Reporter . Waltz has appeared in The Green Hornet, Inglorious Bastards, and most recently Django Unchained. He was accompanied by musical guest Alabma Shakes.
