Kim Kardashian's lawyer said Kim is held hostage by Kris Humphries

The divorce battle between Kim Kardashian and her estranged husband Kris Humphries is far from coming to an end.

Kim's lawyer, Laura Wasser, has been seen fighting for the reality TV star lately, and one of her battles included filing a 217-page legal document to defend Kim last week.

In the court document, Wasser stated that Humphries "cannot continue to hold the court and (Kim) hostage through his own lack of diligence in preparing his case for trial," as reported by Hello!.

This is not the first time Wasser has accused Humphries and his lawyers - she previously called one of the Brooklyn Nets star's lawyers, Lee Hutton, a liar.

Wasser reportedly exposed to the media that Hutton lied when he told the judge that he did not tell Kim that he was going to "blow off the lid of the reality TV show," as reported by TMZ.

Wasser also hinted that Humphries and his team has been threatening to use the divorce case to "expose" Keeping Up with the Kardashians unless the basketball star got what he wanted -- an annulment.

This is not all though -- Wasser also said that Humphries lied about having no time to deal with his divorce because of his basketball schedule. She pointed out that Humphries had plenty of days off and should have time to handle this.

Well, we just have to see whether Wasser is right!
