Kris Humphries will miss NBA Playoffs for Kim Kardashian divorce

Kris Humphries will be missing a few crucial games during the 2013 NBA Playoffs to face ex-wife Kim Kardashian in divorce court.

Entertainment Wise reported the divorce court date has been set for May 6 and the battle could take as long as five days.

Humphries and his attorney pushed to delay the divorce court until after the NBA Playoffs, which run from April 20 to June 20, but the judge refused. Now it appears court dates will clash with crucial games for the Playoffs. Humphries is reportedly so determined to face Kardashian in court that he is planning on missing the games.

Thecelebritycafe.com reported earlier that Humphries feels his marriage to Kardashian was a fraud to get publicity. However, it appears this accusation does not have any merit. Humphries’s attorney Marshall Waller removed himself from the legal team, stating there was not sufficient evidence of fraud.

Kardashian, who is pregnant with Kanye West’s child, indicated earlier this year she did not want to bring her baby into the world while still married to Humphries.
