Liberty Ross admits she’s 'listening to her heart' following divorce from Rupert Sanders

Liberty Ross is reportedly doing her best to stay low-key now that she and estranged husband Rupert Sanders have officially filed for divorce following his affair with actress Kristen Stewart.

At Alexander Wang’s fashion show in NYC on Feb. 9, Ross told the Associated Press that she is dealing with the split by "keeping her head down" and "listening to her heart,” Us Weekly reported.

She and her ex have two children together, 7-year-old daughter Skylar and 5-year-old son Tennyson, and asked for joint custody of them in the divorce papers that were filed Jan. 25.

A source told Us that Sanders’ fling with Stewart certainly hurt their marriage, making it difficult to recover and move on.

"They gave it a shot for the kids, [but] she was just so angry,” the source said. “She's the kind of person who wouldn't really ever get over it."

According to TMZ, Ross has since been spotted with music executive Jimmy Lovine, fueling rumors of a possible romance.
