Lindsay Lohan continues to find herself in legal hot water. The troubled actress has recently been fined $1,000 for failing to appear at a deposition from a 2010 offense.
According to The Hollywood Gossip, a judge fined the Mean Girls actress Tuesday after she failed to appear in court on the offense in which photographer Grigor Baylan filed against her.
Baylan filed the suit against Lohan, Paola Demara and Tri Star Sports Entertainment after their car allegedly collided with Baylan causing him to be injured.
The report notes that Lohan’s attorney filed a continuation so that Lohan could “demonstrate her worthiness for compassion and mercy by using her present and future actions to set a glorious example.”
Her attorney’s ill-fated attempts to sway the judge failed and instead she was fined and ordered to be deposed on April 8.
This case adds to LiLo’s growing legal troubles, currently she is being charged with lying to police for her June 2012 car accident, which her new lawyer Mark Heller is trying to get thrown out.
In addition to legal problems, she's financially not doing well either.
