Marion Cotillard wins coveted Harvard award

By Christopher Rosa,

Marion Cotillard has won perhaps her most colorful award yet. Not an Academy Award or Golden Globe, but Harvard’s Hasty Pudding 2013 Woman of the Year.

E! Online reports the actress, who has starred in films like Inception and Public Enemies, was surrounded by fabulous drag queens during the parade dedicated entirely to her. By the end, she received a roast and Pudding Pot.

The Hasty Pudding Woman of the Year award is given by the Hasty Pudding Theatricals Society at Harvard University. It is given to women who have made a lasting and impressive contribution to the world of entertainment.

Marion Cotillard is an accomplished film and stage actress, who took home the Academy Award in 2008 for her performance in La Vie en Rose.

Previous winners include Claire Danes, Anne Hathaway, Charlize Theron, and Scarlett Johansson.

There is also a Man of the Year award, which Jason Segel took home last year.

The 2013 Man of the Year award has yet to be announced.
