Miley Cyrus says her short hair is here to stay

Miley Cyrus shocked everyone last summer when she revealed that she had cut off her signature long brown locks. Now, the 20-year-old actress says she’ll never go back to having long hair. Her blonde Twiggy-inspired pixie cut is here to stay.

The So Undercover actress recently chatted with E! News and said that she doesn’t miss having long hair “in any way.”

The singer-actress says, it just was just too high maintenance.

"I feel like I had bun every day of my life," she said. "I hated the extensions hair—that's sewn into your head. It's creepy… I hate looking back at it. I wish someone would have ripped those out of my head. The extension thing — it’s just so not cute,” she added, according to Star Crush. “I hate it.”

With that said, she proclaimed, "You will never see me with long hair again!” adding, “My fiancé [Liam Hemsworth] loves it…It's so easy and [I] don't need to wash it. It looks better grungy and not washing it."
