Perez Hilton posts announcement on his website that he is a proud new father

Celebrity blogger, Perez Hilton, is now the proud father of a baby boy.

In a message posted on his website, he lets his fans know that his son was born earlier this month. He also posted a picture of himself cradling the newborn.

“I am ready to announce that earlier this month I was blessed with the birth of my first child, a beautiful and healthy baby boy - with lots of hair on his tiny head!” He added, I am so humbled to welcome this little man into my life. The Los Angeles Times notes that Hilton provided no details on the baby’s birth, such as whether he came from a surrogate or through adoption.

He did say in 2009 that he had his sights set on becoming a father by the age of 35, and he even revealed he had been looking into surrogacy.

He included in his message, “My family is overjoyed at this newest and most cherished addition.”
