While this Friday may mark the four-year anniversary of Chris Brown assaulting Rihanna, she appeared in court to support the singer as he faced accusations regarding those charges Wednesday.
According to CNN, the prosecutor is accusing Brown of not completing the 180 days of community service he was assigned to following his assault charges in 2009.
Instead of the judge revoking his probation, the prosecutor is requesting for Brown to restart his 1,400 hours of community service under the tight supervision of a probation officer in LA County.
Brown released his frustrations against the allegations late Tuesday night on Instagram according to TMZ.
"I love ya'll but ya'll getting repetitive telling me to relax. no I'm not gonna relax. Im makin an album right now ... and ya'll tell me not to pay attention to it. How can I not when it's on my radio, TV, and everything else ... even if I did relax I wouldn't stop hearing about it .. ya'll are everything to me ya'll know this but telling me to ignore it is like telling me to walk around with a blindfold and stick earplugs in my ear .. Im wise I can handle the hate but enough is enough, yo!"
A rep for Brown later told TMZ that he didn't write that Instagram post.
