Stars ignore memo to cover up at The Grammys

By Sarah Burbank-Douglas,

Try as they may, you cannot stop some of Hollywood’s hottest celebs from baring their assets.

CBS sent out a memo last week urging Grammy attendees to cover up their bottoms and breasts in the hopes of airing a clean show sans wardrobe malfunctions. However, that did not stop Katy Perry, Jennifer Lopez and Alicia Keys, among others, from revealing some skin.

Lopez showed off a significant amount of leg from a high-cut slit in her dress, while Perry revealed a significant amount of cleavage in a sea-foam gown, Fox News reported.

Comedian and talk show host Ellen DeGeneres got a “good look” when she and wife Portia de Rossi met up with the “One That Got Away” singer.

Alicia Keys took to the stage donning a stunning black gown that had sheer areas at the top — only a black cross print covered her breasts as she raised her arms during her performance.

The memo was a hot topic on the red carpet. Country starlet Miranda Lambert, however, laughed off the memo stating, "I thought it was funny. Country music has never really been a problem with that."
