'Storage Wars' star Mark Balelo compared himself to Russell Armstrong

The night before Mark Balelo committed suicide, he reportedly compared himself to Real Housewives star Russell Armstrong, who also committed suicide.

A close source linked to Balelo told TMZ, that the Storage Wars star was tremendously concerned about his recent drug arrest, and he was afraid that the case would affect his career.

Balelo was reportedly very frustrated, and could sympathize with Armstrong and his burdens. Armstrong committed suicide after reports exposed him to physically abuse his wife and fell deep into a financial trouble.

The source said that Balelo could understand why Armstrong decided to take a dramatic action by taking his own life, because the thought of humiliation was too much to handle.

Early Monday morning, Balelo decided to take his own life by carbon monoxide poisoning, E! News confirmed.

Balelo was found in his car with the motor running, in the garage of his auction house in Simi Valley, CA.

"We are deeply saddened by this tragedy and our thoughts are with Mark's family," A&E said in a statement.
