Taylor Swift goes up against One Direction at Nickelodeon's Kid's Choice Awards

Nickelodeon's Kid's Choice Awards are set to take place on March 23 and the nominees have just been released. Looks like Taylor Swift will be competing against her ex-boyfriend Harry Styles' band One Direction for Favorite Song.

Swift is nominated in this category for her hit "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together," while One Direction is nominated for the ever popular "What Makes You Beautiful," reports MTV News.

Also in the same category are Carly Rae Jepsen for "Call Me Maybe" and Psy for the viral hit "Gangnam Style."

Swift will also be competing in the Favorite Female Singer category. She is up against the likes of Adele and Katy Perry, while One Direction is up for Favorite Music Group against groups like Big Time Rush and Maroon 5. However, Harry and Taylor are not likely to run into each other at this event seeing as One Direction has a concert in the U.K .that night.

Voting for the KCA's begins this Valentine's Day, February 14, and more information may be found on the Nickelodeon website.
