'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans' baby daddy claims he is being kept away from their son

The 'Teen Mom' star is reportedly trying to force her ex to stay away from their son Jace

While Jenelle Evans and ex-boyfriend and father of her son Jace, 3, haven't had much communication in the past, Andrew Lewis is claiming that Evans will no longer allow him to have any communication with their child.

According to The Examiner, Lewis signed custody papers back in 2011, allowing Evans to have sole custody of Jace. However, Lewis is reportedly angry now that Evans won't allow him to even speak to their son.

Lewis talked to In Touch saying, “I didn’t know how permanent it would be. This is the right time for me to get involved.”

In the past, Evans had been to rehab and was on probation for smoking weed, but claims she has now been clean for several months. Lewis has had his own troubles, with In Touch revealing that Evans had claimed, “Andrew's an abusive alcoholic. Andrew even admitted on camera how he used to abuse me while he was drunk.”

Lewis did not deny the mom's claims responding “I don't care. That was the past. I'm already done that. That's over with."

However, Lewis still insists he wants to be a father figure to his son. He said, “She’s confusing her own child. One moment she’s with this guy, next moment she’s with that guy, next moment she’s with this guy. You’re confusing your own son. Why would you want to do that?”

After her recent split from husband Courtland Rogers, Evans has reunited with former fiance Gary Head.

Teen Mom 2 is currently airing on Mondays at 10 p.m. on MTV.
