Twilight actor Bronson Pelletier has been sentenced to two years’ probation after pleading no contest in regards to public intoxication and peeing in public at LAX airport back in December.
According to E! News, the 26-year-old actor, who played the wolf Jared in the films, spent a day in jail and was also ordered to pay restitution and court fees.
Pelletier was unknowingly filmed during the Dec. 17 incident and a video surfaced of Pelletier relieving himself in one of the terminals, Omg! reported.
After the video surfaced, Pelletier was unable to say he was falsely accused, but did use Twitter as a way to deny any rumors of drug use.
“Just to confirm I have never done meth,” he wrote. “I was arrested for being drunk in public. How a story of meth came to be I have no idea. You can tell a meth head by looking at there teeth. And last time I checked I have all mine and there white.”
This wasn’t the first time the actor has been in trouble with the law; Pelletier was charged with public intoxication on Dec. 8, as well, but was booked and released.
