Ukrainian prankster who tried to steal Adele's Grammy moment arrested for trespassing

Ukrainian television personality and noted prankster, Vitalii Seduik, tried to crash Adele’s moment at the Grammys when she was called up to accept the award for Best Solo Pop performance until Jennifer Lopez saved it.

Lopez shooed him out of the way when he was seen rushing the stage as Adele walked up, and he was heard saying "It's such an honor to receive this award," before he was blocked.

Us Weekly reports that Adele told Lopez as soon as she got to the microphone, "You're like my good luck charm.”

But according to TMZ, after the incident, Seduik, the same person who was slapped by Will Smith on the red carpet for trying to kiss him, got arrested.

Seduik was arrested for trespassing, and told The Hollywood Reporter “The idea to go on the stage came up at the last second. To be honest, Adele is my favorite singer. So when I heard her name, I came up with this idea to go up on the stage and say what I said. … I pretended this was an award for me, and then I said, 'Thank you, Adele. You’re my inspiration.'”

He also sat in an empty seat in the second row surrounded by A-listers, noting “I think it belonged to Adam Levine, because he was sitting on the ground."

Seduik, who spent the night in a jail cell, also maintained “My purpose is to entertain and to show a different emotion of celebrities," adding, "I’m not a crazy guy. I just think differently."
