Alison Eastwood has tied the knot with chainsaw sculptor Stacy Poitras.
According to Wetpaint, the couple announced their engagement late last year and were married Friday at the Saddlepeak Lodge in Calabasas, Calif.
The 40-year-old actor, director, model, and fashion designer donned a beaded gown designed by Les Habitudes at the ceremony for a small gathering of friends and family, reports People. Daughter of Clint Eastwood and his first wife Maggie Johnson, both of Alison’s parents were in attendance, as well as several of both her and Poitras’s siblings.
"We are thrilled to be surrounded by our family for this very special day and appreciate their love and support as we begin our married life together," the newlyweds stated, according to People.
The Examiner reports that the pair first meet five years ago at Poitras’s Agoura, Calif. studio. Poitras, who is well know for his work on CMT’s Chainsaw Gang, is said to have proposed two years later after seeking permission from Clint Eastwood himself.
Now outfitted with rings designed by Philip Press, the low-key couple is set to move into married life, reports People.
