Dancing with the Stars' Chelsie Hightower will still endorse Reebok's latest dancewear line, launched in February, even after she failed to get a call back from ABC.
A representative for Reebok reveals that the company will stick with Hightower saying, "While we believe Chelsie was the perfect choice for the upcoming season, our relationship with her will not change moving forward and we look forward to continuing to work with her.”
Hightower, on the other hand, said she was really happy to work with the sporting goods company.
"I am just thrilled to be the face of Reebok's new dancewear line ... the line is FABULOUS!"
Hightower signed the contract in the beginning of this year to be the face of Reebok's latest line, TMZ reported.
It's a great choice for both of them, Hightower gets a new job and Reebok gets a credible dancer, whom everybody has gotten to know from Dancing with the Stars, to endorse its products.
Chelsie Hightower had been on Dancing with the Stars since 2009, but last week, she revealed that she would not be returning to the show's 16th season, The Huffington Post reported.
ABC confirmed through its spokeperson saying that the company rotated all the professional dancers.
“As we consider who will be matched up each season, there are a lot of factors that dictate which couples make the best pairings. We appreciate each of our dancers dedication to the show, so this is a very difficult decision. Anna, Chelsie, Maksim and Louis continue to be a part of the 'Dancing With the Stars' family.”
